Technical Support
- Entry level – working with Network Switches, Routers and Firewalls; IBM Power Systems and Storage; Intel X86 Systems, Windows, Linux, VMware; Infrastructure Monitoring; and Security
Infrastructure / System Engineer
- IBM Power Systems – 5+ years’ experience with Backup and Restore, Applying PTFs and patches, OS configuration, and System administration for IBM i, AIX, and/or VIOS.
- SAN/NAS Storage – 5+ years’ experience with SAN Configuration, FC Zoning, LUN Mapping, Replication.
- Network – 5+ years’ experience with L2/L3 switching and routing, Firewall configuration.
